Chris brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial career experience in commercial real estate spanning across investments sales acquisitions/depositions, equity and debt fund management, and structured financing in excess of $2 Billion.

He has built strategic relationships and platforms spanning the entire capitalization spectrum with numer­ous private equity firms, family offices, wholesale loan buyers (CMBS, CLO, various securitization pools) and agency lenders. As an alumnus of Georgia State University, Chris first began as a client of Marcus & Millichap in 2000, who sold his multi­family properties that he acquired while attending college in Atlanta, then joining the firm as a broker and quickly becoming one of the top selling multifamily brokers in the Southeast. From there Chris went on to expand his commercial real estate experience and was a founding member of Southeast Apartment Partners (later rebranded as Multi Housing Advisors and sold to Cushman Wakefield NYSE: CWK).

He is a principal in multiple, private equity funds, ground-up 3rd party commercial property management companies supporting in excess of 10,000 multifamily units, 1M SF of office and light industrial space. During the financial crisis of 2007-2009, Chris engaged with local/regional banks, FDIC, and law firms managing complex commercial loan workouts, portfolio management and recovery enforcement in excess of $400M.
