GlassRatner Welcomes Michael Barrow as Managing Director in Atlanta

GlassRatner is pleased to announce that Michael Barrow has joined the firm as Managing Director.

Michael brings more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation and consulting. His practice encompasses a broad range of property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, as well as specialized assets such as medical facilities, educational properties, self-storage facilities, and redevelopment sites. His diverse client base has included regional and national financial institutions, attorneys, developers, government agencies, and corporate users.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Michael led his own boutique appraisal and consulting firm, Barrow Valuation Group, with offices in Atlanta and Miami. Before that, he established and led Commercial Valuation Services, Inc. (CVS) in Atlanta beginning in 2002, following seven years with the firm’s Birmingham office.

He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Florida- and Georgia-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
