GlassRatner Welcomes Enrique Ubarri as Senior Managing Director in Miami

GlassRatner is pleased to announce that Enrique Ubarri has joined the firm as an Senior Managing Director, where he will focus on transformation, restructuring, and special situations advisory.

Enrique brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies, investors, and boards on navigating complex, high-stakes environments where performance, capital, and risk must be realigned. His background spans a rare combination of C-suite operating leadership and advisory expertise across financial services, fintech, technology, telecommunications, insurance, real estate, and other regulated industries.

Throughout his career, Enrique has led enterprise-level transformations, turnaround and restructuring initiatives, and sponsor-driven transactions. He has extensive experience partnering with boards and investors on governance, capital strategy, and performance improvement, and has executed operating model redesigns, cost optimization programs, regulatory and risk remediation efforts, and complex transaction assignments. He is also frequently engaged in matters involving lender negotiations, regulatory challenges, disputes, and interim leadership roles.

Enrique has significant cross-border experience, having advised clients across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America on multi-jurisdictional restructurings, cross-border transactions, and international expansion strategies.
