The Rapidly Growing Executive Search & Interim Management Practice Adds Two Keys Hires in Chicago and Toronto

GlassRatner Executive Search & Interim Management is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced professionals to its growing North American team: Sheldon McIntosh and Devin Dambrauskas. These key hires underscore GlassRatner’s commitment to expand the firm through the addition of great talent, in this case by expanding its executive search capabilities to deliver exceptional talent solutions to clients across the Financial Services and Private Capital sectors.

Sheldon McIntosh Joins as Principal (Executive Search), Based in Chicago

Sheldon McIntosh joins as GlassRatner’s first executive search consultant based in Chicago, marking another milestone in the firm’s expansion into the US Midwest. Sheldon will help drive the growth of the Executive Search & Interim Management practice in the region, focusing on supporting clients across Private Capital, including Private Equity and Private Credit.

Sheldon brings a wealth of experience in human capital leadership. Most recently, he served as Director of Talent at The Vistria Group, where he partnered with C-Suite executives to manage end-to-end human capital strategies. His career includes senior roles at Stripe, Inc., Macquarie Group, Barclays Capital, and Deutsche Bank, as well as impactful contributions to diversity and college readiness initiatives through organizations such as Harlem Children’s Zone and America Needs You.

Devin Dambrauskas joins to expand the Financial Services vertical of the Executive Search practice. Devin has extensive experience partnering with clients to identify transformative leadership across the financial services, private equity, and technology sectors. His approach emphasizes transparency, empathy, and strategic alignment—ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Devin held leadership roles at a global retained executive search firm, and prior to that he specialized in FinTech and financial services recruitment. His expertise in executive search and deep understanding of market dynamics will play a key role in advancing GlassRatner’s growth strategy across North America.
