Alistair Ross, B.A., is a Senior Vice President, Talent and Client Relations at GlassRatner. Mr. Ross leads the US Executive Search Practice with a focus on executive, interim, and fractional appointments across major industries, including the private equity space.
Mr. Ross previously worked with La Fosse Associates, a boutique executive search firm serving primarily private equity clients, where he was responsible for driving the firm’s entry into the US market and helping establish its foothold through a wide range of mandates. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Business Talent Group, an on demand talent platform for consulting resources and interim executives.
He joined the firm when it was a start up and played a key role in scaling the company significantly, working across major industries and later leading the relaunch of the private equity vertical.
