Sheldon McIntosh

Sheldon McIntosh is a Principal in GlassRatner’s Executive Search & Interim Management practice. He partners with clients to develop and execute executive search and interim management solutions across a broad range of industries and functional areas.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Mr. McIntosh served as the Senior Director of Talent at Vistria bringing significant experience in human resources and talent management. There, he worked as a HR business leader managing the end-to-end responsibilities across the human capital function as a trusted C-Suite and executive leadership partner.

He previously also worked as a Senior Recruiter for the Technical Services team at Stripe, Inc. Before joining Stripe, he spent seven years at Macquarie Group building and managing the junior talent pipeline for the North America capital markets and human resources businesses. His background also includes roles at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank, as well as serving on the college advisory team for the Harlem Children Zone.

Mr. McIntosh earned his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
