GlassRatner Executive Search Builds Out Midwest Practice and Expands to South Florida with Key Hires

New additions will enhance the firm’s capabilities to serve PE clients with senior leadership, operations, and finance talent across North America

GlassRatner Executive Search & Interim Management is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Galetto and Eric Frickel to its growing North American team. Mike joins to lead general management hiring across the business, while Eric will oversee finance leadership hiring needs, both at the firm and portfolio company level.

Mike Galetto Joins as Principal (Executive Search), Based in Chicago

Mike Galetto will join the recently hired Sheldon McIntosh in Chicago as GlassRatner builds out its executive search team in the city. Mike was a business journalist and management consultant before moving into executive search at two global firms. He later transitioned in-house and helped build executive recruiting functions at Danaher and Dover Corporation. Most recently, Mike led senior executive recruiting across more than 15 portfolio companies at PE fund Tide Rock, before launching his own boutique executive search practice.

At GlassRatner, Mike will be charged with supporting clients to secure talent for senior leadership and general management roles.

Eric Frickel Joins as Principal (Executive Search), Based in Boca Raton

Eric Frickel becomes GlassRatner’s first hire of the Executive Search team in South Florida, with a mandate to support Private Equity clients on finance roles at both the fund and portfolio company levels. Eric began his career in financial advisory with EY, Duff & Phelps, and Huron Consulting, which aligns well with GlassRatner’s core advisory business. Prior to joining, Eric started and built two private equity executive search platforms at two boutique companies.

Eric has a long track record placing finance and operations leaders as well as investment professionals for several PE firms, bringing market insights, finance functional expertise and a deep network with Private Equity investors.
