Zack Emerson is a Consultant in the Executive Search & Interim Management practice at GlassRatner. He partners with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients to execute executive search engagements across a range of functional areas and industries, focusing on identifying high-impact leadership talent.

He brings experience spanning executive search, leadership advisory, and client relationship management, with a strong background supporting private equity investors and their portfolio companies. His work includes market mapping, candidate assessment, talent strategy and managing executive search processes from launch to placement.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Zack worked in executive search supporting retained mandates for leading global search firms. He specialized in identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across software, technology, industrials, and professional services markets.

Before transitioning into executive search, Zack spent several years at GLG, where he partnered closely with private equity clients and investment professionals to facilitate expert consultations and research engagements supporting diligence efforts, portfolio strategy, and investment decisions.

Zack earned his degree from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.
