Max Ratner is a Senior Consultant in the Interim Management and Executive Search practice at GlassRatner. Mr. Ratner is based out of the firm’s office in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Ratner focuses on developing strong relationships with candidates and building an understanding of their professional skills and aspirations, while supporting clients in identifying talent effectively and efficiently. Prior to joining GlassRatner, he managed searches for AmLaw 100 law firms and IT consulting firms in Washington, D.C., including roles at United States federal agencies.
