As a senior managing director for GlassRatner, Lisa Sumner Heard co-directs the engineering and construction division, including operations, marketing, human resources, and accounting. With over 30 years of experience working with the engineering and construction and legal industries, Ms. Heard specializes in managing client accounts and building client relationships through networking and business development. She also provides strategic insight into the growth of the division and on the issues affecting contractors, owners, and attorneys. Ms. Heard has been active in a variety of construction and legal organizations and currently serves as the consultant liaison for the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law.
