Julia is the Director of Multi-Family Operations at GlassRatner with over 37 years of experience in property management and real estate operations. She brings deep expertise in asset oversight, operational strategy, and team leadership, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-property portfolios across multiple states and regions.
She began her career in the industry as a leasing consultant in Southern California and advanced through progressively senior leadership roles, including serving as Senior Vice President for one of the largest privately held owner-manager companies in Georgia, where she oversaw assets across 15 states. Her experience includes property turnarounds, budgeting and financial oversight, rehabilitation projects, expense control initiatives, and revenue optimization through innovative operational practices.
She currently holds an active Florida Real Estate License and has earned ARM®, CPM®, and CAPS® certifications.
