Prior to joining GlassRatner, Mr. Singh worked in the private credit industry, where he focused on investments in commodities, energy and renewables, trade finance, and special situations. He gained expertise in structuring and managing bespoke investments, including deal pricing structures, financial modeling and analysis, portfolio and risk management, due diligence, and review of legal agreements.
