Designated as a Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (“HSSE”) expert and Oil & Gas Facility Operations specialist by the Owner of a marine oil terminal to rebut assertions from opposing experts for a Chinese trading firm.

Analyzing project completion costs and the replacement EPC Contractor’s scope of work to reach Mechanical Completion, commercial operations and successful performance tests for a 674 MW combined cycle generating station in Massachusetts.
- Testimony at Arbitration (2020) – Kellogg Brown & Root vs. Siemens Energy. Submitted an expert report for the EPC Contractor and testified in the virtual hearing as an expert on project management and engineering/design of the BOP in a gas fired combined-cycle power generating station in Iowa.
- Depositions (2020) – Plains Gas Solutions vs. Columbia Gulf Transmission Company. Deposed twice as an expert on gas transportation agreements, natural gas processing and gas transmission line operations and maintenance expert. The lawsuit settled before going to a jury trial. The complaint was filed in state district court in Houston, Texas.
- Testimony at Arbitration (2017) – Tenova HYL vs. Tecnimont KT. Testified in an ICC arbitration as the lead technical expert regarding the root cause of a failure in a large process gas heater in a Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) manufacturing facility involving engineering flaws and construction defects in a superheated steam system.
