Gil McMinn is a construction leader with more than 40 years of experience guiding commercial and public-sector projects from early feasibility through final closeout. His career spans the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and field operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how real estate investments move from concept to completed asset.

Most recently, Gil has served as Senior Project Manager and Pre-Construction Manager at Vision General Contractors, where he led project evaluation, budget development, subcontractor procurement, and construction planning. He works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to identify constructability issues and cost risks early, protecting both schedule and budget. Before that, as a Project Manager at Caliber 1 Construction, he directed superintendents and subcontractors on commercial projects while maintaining tight control over change orders, documentation, and project costs.

For 16 years, Gil served as Assistant General Manager at Brown & Root Services in Atlanta, overseeing a portfolio representing roughly $30 million in annual construction volume. In that role, he managed Job Order Contracting (JOC) programs for the State of Georgia, Fulton County, and the City of Atlanta, and led notable projects including a $2 million state-of-the-art cafeteria and kitchen at Crim High School and a $1.5 million project at the Henry County Jail through the National Joint Powers Alliance. He also mentored project staff, maintained OSHA compliance, and developed the company’s Emergency Response Plan.

Gil is known for his disciplined approach to cost control, value engineering, and risk management, along with his ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. His work has earned him the KBR MVP Award for Outstanding Performance and multiple awards for managerial excellence. He holds OSHA 510 and OSHA 30-Hour Construction certifications, completed KBR University’s 32-course Project Management program, and is proficient in RS Means, WinEst, Gordian, and Microsoft Project.
