GlassRatner Concludes a Highly Productive Trip to Mexico City

Over the course of four days, GlassRatner met with 12 leading law firms and had the privilege of presenting to the Mexican Mediation Institute, engaging with more than 60 attorneys specializing in dispute resolution and litigation. The Mexican Mediation Institute (IMM) is a group of over 40 of the most prominent law firms in Mexico with the purpose of exploring mediation and arbitration as an effective means for dispute resolution in Mexico.

Our team showcased GlassRatner’s deep expertise in Financial Advisory Services, with a particular focus on Dispute Resolution, Damages Calculations, and International Arbitration. We also introduced our capabilities in Intellectual Property, highlighting the value of expert analysis in complex legal matters.

We emphasized the critical role of expert testimony—particularly in the construction and engineering, intellectual property and quantification of damages across multiple sectors—in supporting legal counsel by delivering objective, data-driven insights that help shape case strategy and effectively present complex financial and technical information in both litigation and arbitration settings. This approach resonated strongly with every firm we met, sparking enthusiastic interest in how expert involvement can enhance advocacy and strengthen legal arguments.
