Stephanie Jones

Stephanie Jones is a Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at GlassRatner, where she partners with firm leadership in engaging and securing senior talent.  Stephanie has over 25 years of talent acquisition experience, including in the healthcare and professional services industries.

With a focus on professional services, Stephanie has led recruiting globally in areas including valuation, disputes and investigations, transaction advisory, and real estate.  She has developed teams at Kroll and most recently at Stout where she ran programs and developed recruiting strategies.

Stephanie holds a BA degree (Bachelor of Arts) from The University of Richmond.  She is currently active in her local philanthropic community, serving on the boards of The Hermitage Artist Retreat and The Charles and Margery Barancik Foundation.
