Sidney Yune is an Associate Director at GlassRatner, with experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory services. Mr. Yune has advised clients across a variety of complex situations involving financial distress, operational challenges, and business disputes.
Prior to joining GlassRatner, Mr. Yune was a Vice President at Teneo. His experience includes restructuring engagements, Chapter 11 proceedings, interim management assignments, and liquidations, where he assisted stakeholders in evaluating strategic alternatives, managing liquidity challenges, and maximizing value. Mr. Yune has also supported valuation and solvency analyses in litigation matters, including assessments of financial condition, enterprise value, and transaction-related issues. His work frequently involves financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and the synthesis of complex financial information for attorneys, creditors, management teams, and other stakeholders.
Mr. Yune graduated from Cornell University where he majored in Operations Research and Information Engineering.
