Scott Boehler is a Director at GlassRatner. Mr. Boehler has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industry, including senior leadership roles. He began his career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry and expanded his consulting work to include asset and property management, regulatory advisory, and related revenue streams.

Mr. Boehler held roles at CBRE and served as a Regional Vice President for Stone Miller. He completed a law degree with a focus in real estate and business law and later held leadership roles with Crown Castle International and as Director of Real Estate Development at American Tower. Most recently, as a Senior Vice President of Ballast Networks, he secured a contract with AT&T and a major hotelier to implement new technologies for hospitality cellular systems and an 850 property portfolio of multi family development rights.
