Savanna Winterman is a Senior Associate at GlassRatner with experience in investment banking and transaction support. Prior to joining GlassRatner, Ms. Winterman worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at Rabobank, where she focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions within the food and agriculture sector.
She has experience with both buy side and sell side engagements across North America, Latin America, and European markets. Her background in financial modeling and analysis, support in due diligence, and knowledge of the transaction lifecycle support her work assisting clients with valuation, due diligence, and other financial aspects of transactions.
Ms. Winterman graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is a FINRA licensed professional with the Securities Industry Essentials certification.
