His career focuses on building brands and connecting marketing, communications, and business development activity to tangible business outcomes within global and private equity-backed organizations.

Prior to GlassRatner, Rishi served as Go-to-Market Leader, Head of Sales Enablement, and Director in the Chief Revenue Office at Stout, a global professional services firm. In this role, he partnered closely with leadership teams to accelerate cross-selling, develop training programs, institutionalize business development discipline, and drive full-funnel go-to-market campaign execution across service lines and practices. He also managed sub functional areas of marketing and communications, including content, design, proposals, and public relations.

Prior to Stout, Rishi held progressive marketing and communications leadership roles at leading financial institutions. As business unit Chief Marketing Officer at Kroll Corporate Finance and Investment Banking (formerly Duff & Phelps), he led strategic brand positioning and growth initiatives across marketing and communications. Earlier roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Macquarie Capital, Marketing Manager at the London Stock Exchange, and Head of Communications and Public Relations at S&P Global Market Intelligence (Capital IQ). Across these roles, he advised senior leadership teams, supported visibility and marketing for complex transactions and advisory engagements, and helped strengthen organizational brand equity.
