From 2023 to 2025, Rishi served as Head of Sales Enablement and GTM Leader at Stout, a global professional services firm. In this role, he partnered closely with leadership teams to accelerate cross-selling, develop training programs, institutionalize business development discipline, and integrate full-funnel go-to-market execution across service lines and practices.

Prior to Stout, Rishi held progressive marketing and communications leadership roles at leading professional services and financial institutions. As business unit Chief Marketing Officer at Kroll Corporate Finance, he led strategic positioning and growth initiatives for the division. Earlier roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Macquarie Capital USA, Marketing Manager at FTSE/London Stock Exchange, and Communications and Media Relations Lead at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
