Nerina Jahja is a Senior Manager with GlassRatner’s Restructuring practice, specializing in corporate insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, turnaround management, and distressed financial advisory services.

She brings over a decade of experience, including work with two of the Big Four accounting firms, where she contributed to complex restructuring and formal insolvency mandates. Nerina has advised management teams and financial stakeholders—banks, alternative lenders, and investors—on enforcement strategies, recovery planning, and operational stabilization.

Nerina serves as Canadian Regional Director for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC )and Chair of IWIRC Ontario  for 2026 , advocating collaboration, mentorship, and professional development across Canada and internationally. She combines technical expertise with empathy and understanding for both creditors and debtors, ensuring practical solutions that maximize returns and protect stakeholder value
