Marc Hammer serves as Senior Executive, People & Culture at GlassRatner, where he leads the firm’s global human capital strategy to drive organizational value and enable scalable growth.

His mandate encompasses the design and execution of enterprise-wide systems for talent management, M&A due diligence and integration, performance-based compensation and benefits, and employee development and engagement. Marc ensures that all People & Culture initiatives are tightly aligned with GlassRatner’s strategic objectives, leveraging talent and culture as a competitive advantage to attract, develop, and retain top professionals across the organization.

With more than 25 years of experience in global human capital strategy and organizational transformation within the professional services sector, Marc is recognized as a seasoned HR leader.

From 2023 to 2025, Marc served as Chief Talent Officer at Stout, a private equity-backed global professional services firm. In this role, he led a high-performing HR function remotely, overseeing all core areas of talent strategy. His tenure included implementing programs to enhance employee experience through connection, coaching, and career development, while fostering an inclusive workplace. He also managed sell-side HR due diligence, contributing to a successful firm sale.

Prior to Stout, Marc spent 17 years at Kroll, where he served as Managing Director and Global Leader within the Human Capital team. He partnered closely with executive leadership to scale the organization from 650 to over 6,500 employees, building and managing a global HR team of 90 professionals across 75 offices in 33 countries. Marc played a pivotal role in acquisition due diligence and integration for more than 30 global transactions and championed Inclusion & Diversity initiatives as an executive council member and global sponsor of Kroll Pride.

Earlier in his career, Marc held senior talent leadership roles at Huron Consulting and Health Net, and began his professional journey in public accounting with Deloitte before moving into recruiting leadership at KPMG.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major and Political Science minor from the University of Dayton. He is also an alumnus of the Stagen Leadership Academy’s Integral Leadership Program.
