Ligia de la Rosa is a Principal at GlassRatner’s executive search practice in Montreal. She joined the firm through its partnership with Intel2Talent, where she served as Associate Partner and Head of the Research Team for six years, following 12 years with a global executive search firm.
Throughout her career, Ligia has led numerous executive search assignments at the C-suite and Vice President levels across a wide range of industries and functional areas. Her expertise includes managing complex international and cross-border search mandates, partnering closely with clients to identify and attract top leadership talent while helping them achieve their strategic talent objectives.
In addition to her executive search work, Ligia has contributed to a variety of organizational development and leadership strategy initiatives. Her experience includes leadership assessments, leadership development programs, and talent management projects designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness and support long-term business growth.
