Justin Carver is an Associate at GlassRatner in Los Angeles, where he supports financial restructurings, operational advisory, litigation matters, and valuation services across Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, international arbitrations, and commercial disputes.

Justin’s restructuring experience includes cash flow and liquidity analysis for distressed companies, creditor waterfall and recovery analyses across multi-tranche capital structures, and support of distressed M&A processes including buyer diligence, debt and equity searches, and transition services agreement negotiations.

His litigation and forensic work include rebuttal damages expert support in an ICSID investor-state arbitration involving the DCF valuation of a distressed oil and gas concession, forensic tracing and valuation of a real estate investment entity holding a portfolio of single-family properties, and damages analysis in federal trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Justin held positions with NBCUniversal, including supporting the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and with defense contractor BAE Systems, where he performed cash flow and pricing analysis for competitive government bids. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Management from San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business. Justin speaks conversational Spanish and French.
