Judah Dominguez serves as Controller for GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, where he oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. With more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Judah has built a career helping organizations improve financial performance, implement scalable processes, and provide leadership teams with actionable insights for decision-making.
In his current role, Judah leads multi-entity accounting operations and supports executive leadership through financial reporting, cash flow management, gross profit analysis, board reporting, and transaction-related financial analysis. He has extensive experience in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions support, EBITDA analysis, audit management, and SOX compliance. Judah has also played a key role in modernizing finance functions through the implementation of advanced technology solutions, including AI-enabled financial reporting and process automation tools.
Prior to joining GlassRatner, Judah held leadership positions with Revelator Coffee Company, Paul Davis of North Atlanta, and ProCom Wireless, where he managed financial operations across diverse industries including professional services, retail, construction, and hospitality. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University.
