Jorge De La Mora has more than 25 years of diverse business experience. He is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the construction and telecommunications industries. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning and Strategy, Operations Management, International Business, and Pricing Strategy.

Since 2008, Mr. De La Mora has served as Managing Partner in DDP, a PMO company founded by his family in 1993 in Mexico City, managing different projects from infrastructure, energy and mining to retail and telecommunications as well as diverse edification in the retail, services, medical and industrial sectors. He has been involved in diverse disputes and arbitrations as an expert witness and / or technical expert.

Since 2008 he has owned and managed Exordium, a small business enterprise dedicated to the representation, commercialization and distribution of telecommunications equipment and mobile devices. Jorge founded and created the company in November 2008. He is also responsible for obtaining the contract to represent Franklin Wireless (Korea), Techfaith (China) and Olive America (India) for Mexico and Latin America.

From Sep 2019 through Sep 2020, he led the efforts of developing the Infrastructure and Capital Projects unit for Alvarez & Marsal in the Mexico City office to provide services to the construction and development industry throughout the entire asset cycle from planning and valuation, budgeting, PMO, disputes, managing and selling assets.

Previously, he was Senior VP of Procurement and Supply Chain as well as managed the mobile broadband portfolio of services for a major mobile service provider in Mexico, managing the largest budget within the company of over $250 MUSD for the purchases of handsets and final user devices.

He has also served as project manager for industrial developments and has been involved in different roles within the telecommunications and construction industries in Mexico.

Mr. De La Mora holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He’s fluent In English and Spanish.
