Jonathan Eargle, CPA, ABV, CFE, is an Director at GlassRatner in the South Florida practice. He has more than 13 years of relevant experience providing services across complex commercial litigation support, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, turnaround and restructuring engagements, and business valuation assignments.

Mr. Eargle has extensive litigation support experience that includes expert witness services, fact witness testimony, consulting services, and financial analysis. He has assisted commercial litigation attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, real estate attorneys, panel bankruptcy trustees, court appointed receivers, plan administrators, assignees, chief restructuring officers, chief liquidating officers, and secured lenders. His work has also included engagements performed for governmental agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Florida State Attorney, and the Boca Raton Police Department.

Mr. Eargle’s prominent matters include serving as a primary member of a Chapter 11 restructuring team for a large drug rehabilitation facility in Lake Worth, Florida, assisting in the multimillion dollar sale of the facility and corresponding assets. He has also served as a primary member of litigation teams analyzing and prosecuting matters involving alleged Ponzi schemes, misappropriation of funds, commercial office leasing disputes, luxury car dealership insolvencies, and structured medical settlement transactions resulting in lost profits and economic damage calculations.

In 2024, Mr. Eargle became a board member of the Florida Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, where he also serves on the programs committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

He earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Accounting from Florida International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and Accredited in Business Valuation.
