John Hendriks, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT is a Managing Director at GlassRatner in the Restructuring practice. He has worked in insolvency since 1988 and has acted for a wide range of large and mid-sized corporations and their creditors. In forensic proceedings, he has traced and recovered assets in Canada and internationally.

His experience includes acting as a privately and court-appointed receiver, interim receiver, and Licensed Insolvency Trustee under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and in bankruptcy.
