Jennifer Copeland is an Asset Manager at GlassRatner. Ms. Copeland is an experienced asset manager with more than 18 years of experience overseeing, administering, and directing entire operations of residential rental properties.

Her industry experience includes Tax Credit, Section 8, and HOME multi family communities. She works closely with owners to enhance property operations and focuses on improving efficiency, leasing ability, and property value.

Ms. Copeland has extensive knowledge of property management principles and practices, including applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia and holds additional certifications in Property Management, Code of Ethics, and Landlord Tenant Laws
