Jason Shaw

Jason Shaw is the Director of Construction at GlassRatner with more than 30 years of experience overseeing diverse portfolios to include high rise, destressed multi family, and commercial project across federal, state, local, and private sectors. His work focuses on large‑scale construction oversight, project planning, value engineering, design‑build delivery, actuarial controls, and cross‑functional communication among end users, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Mr. Shaw has extensive experience managing ground‑up construction, renovations, transportation infrastructure, retail development, higher education facilities, municipal projects, distressed real estate assets, and national portfolios involving rapid‑response execution. His leadership includes successful oversight of projects ranging from $1.5 million to more than $50 million across the United States.

In addition to construction management, Mr. Shaw provides expert-level guidance in project scheduling, budget control, capital planning, risk mitigation, and QA/QC processes. His responsibilities have included financial audits of project budgets, development of actuarial controls for SAP, Oracle, Primavera, and Procore, design-phase coordination, schedule forecasting, contractor performance evaluation, and delivery of condition assessments for client review.

Mr. Shaw’s background also includes national-level construction leadership for corporate clients, including responsibilities in disaster recovery operations, rapid‑deployment buildouts, property management, capital improvement programs, and oversight of design teams. His experience spans industries including transportation, hospitality, automotive, retail, education, municipal government, and private development.
