Halima is a Project Assistant at GlassRatner’s New York office. She serves as a key operational resource for the New York team, supporting a broad range of functions that keep the office running effectively.
She manages day-to-day office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, billing and financial reporting, event planning, and internal communications. She plays a central role in the monthly billing process and court-required fee applications, maintains client databases, and oversees project coordination from setup through close-out. She also serves as the primary liaison between the New York office and the firm’s Marketing team, supporting business development and firm-wide initiatives.
Prior to joining GlassRatner, Halima served as Senior Executive Operations Partner and Training Program Lead at Boston Consulting Group, where she supported C-suite partners across workflow management, vendor coordination, compliance, budget oversight, and large-scale event execution.
