Gabriel Paglicawan, EIT, is a Senior Associate at GlassRatner. Mr. Paglicawan draws on over seven years of experience in the oil and gas and manufacturing sectors as a designer, project engineer, and project manager.
He gained experience in design for manufacturing, drafting and 3D modeling, and finite element analysis simulations, which he used to manage vendor package projects for oil and gas applications including LNG plants, metering stations, and gas processing plants.
Mr. Paglicawan provides consulting services for construction and engineering projects across industry sectors facing claims, litigation, or arbitration.
