Courtney Sherwen is a Client Manager with the Organizational and Talent Development practice at GlassRatner. She focuses on developing client relationships through regular communications, supporting project development, curating research, and performing administrative duties.

With experience in psychology and a passion for research, she applies her skills across day to day responsibilities. This includes managing internal and external scheduling, correspondence, and coordination, while also supporting writing and editing processes.
