Christian Buhagiar is a Principal in the Executive Search & Interim Management practice at GlassRatner. He co-leads the interim management practice with a focus on interim and fractional executive roles across major industries and functions, including the private equity space.
With over 30 years of experience across the for profit, non profit, academic, and government sectors, he is an executive and board director known for delivering results and driving transformation.
Christian has experience growing organizations and enhancing reputations, launching products and initiatives, and building relationships with stakeholders including government, media, and industry partners. Prior to joining GlassRatner, he was a senior executive at the Institute of Corporate Directors and served as President and CEO of Supply Chain Canada and Restaurants Canada.
He has held interim and fractional executive roles throughout his career and has contributed to 10 boards across sectors and sizes, with experience in corporate governance, strategy, risk management, audit, and crisis management.
