With over a decade of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, she specializes in creatively identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier leadership talent across industries. Her career spans both executive search and in-house talent acquisition, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on building high-performing leadership teams.

She has partnered with world-class organizations in consumer goods, technology, industrials, energy, and financial services, helping them attract and retain transformational leaders. Having worked across the Middle East, North America, and APAC, she brings a global mindset to talent strategy, blending market intelligence with a consultative approach.

Prior to joining GlassRatner, Benish worked as a senior consultant at two United States based executive search firms, executing end to end complex, multi-market C-Suite and Board mandates primarily across PE/VC, Financial Services, and Technology sector.

She is passionate about elevating DEI focused talent strategies, enhancing her expertise in recruitment technology, driving employer branding, and ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences.
