Tony is an Managing Director at GlassRatner and has more than 25 years of financial services experience providing valuation and transaction advisory services to a wide range of organizations and industries. Tony brings capital markets experience when working with clients to achieve a range of business and strategic objectives.

Tony specializes in valuation, fairness opinions, M&A advisory, value creation, capital structure optimization and financial advisory.  He has provided expert witness testimony in international, federal and state jurisdictions related to valuation matters.

• Merger & Acquisition Advisory – Assists clients with exit strategies, minority sales and capital raising. Performs investment banking functions through our FINRA registered broker-dealer.
• Valuation Services – Prepares valuation opinions for tax and financial reporting purposes. Opinions include gifting, charitable contributions, covenants not to compete, stock compensation, legal entity valuation, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment and 409(a).
• Litigation Support – Support law firms, corporate legal departments, shareholders, and boards on valuation related litigation matters. Plays a crucial role as objective fact finder, helping clients identify critical information to inform the litigation strategy.
• Business Case Analysis | Feasibility Studies – Provides decision support analysis on new ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, geographical expansion and economic impact studies. Quantifies the decision-making process for multiple and possibly conflicting operational initiatives.
• Financial Modeling – Constructs a mathematical representation of a business, assessing the impact of various decisions on future financial outcomes. Different financial models serve distinct purposes within an organization, each with specific applications.
