Ankita Mehra is a Manager in GlassRatner’s Toronto M&A practice, advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, valuation, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and strategic research.
She works with mid-market businesses across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial positioning and preparation through marketing, negotiation, and closing. Ankita pairs strong analytical skills with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, turning complex financial and market information into clear insights that help owners and stakeholders make confident decisions. She helps clients navigate the challenges of a transaction while protecting and preserving value for all parties.
Before joining GlassRatner, Ankita worked at BDO Canada, where she supported clients on financial analysis, valuation, diligence management, market mapping, buyer and target screening, and the development of key transaction materials. That experience gave her a strong grounding in both the technical and process sides of M&A, and a practical understanding of what buyers and sellers need to get deals done.
