Alijah Pecina

Alijah Pecina is a Business Development Consultant in the Interim Management and Executive Search practice at GlassRatner. He operates on strategic engagements focused on expanding GlassRatner’s footprint throughout the United States and across North America.

With a background in finance and technology, he leverages experience across various roles to bring practical solutions to current and future clientele. He supports business development and deepens relationships with new and existing clients, illustrating the capabilities of the executive search practice as well as other GlassRatner practices. He brings a collaborative, partnership approach to these interactions by identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.

Prior to his experience in executive search, Alijah began his career in finance, sales, and startup consulting roles working with companies including EY and Techstars. This exposure informs his approach when working through client needs related to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and other investment firms. He engages with clients to learn about challenges they face with portfolio companies.
