Adriana Piltz is a Director at GlassRatner with over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, serving in leadership roles including CCO, CFO, COO, President, and Interim CFO for venture capital firms, hedge funds, real estate development groups, and private and public companies. Her background includes due diligence, interim financial executive roles, restructuring, operational optimization, and fundraising.

Before joining GlassRatner, Ms. Piltz was Managing Director at S.C.E Partners, where she handled due diligence, interim financial leadership, restructuring efforts, and Board of Directors interaction. Prior to that, she served as President and Board Member of Merriman Capital, overseeing operations, budgeting, restructuring, and executive functions.

She began her career in boutique investment banking, providing business valuations, compliance services, and marketing strategies. Her clients included investment banks, venture capital firms, hedge funds, service providers, manufacturers, and real estate developers. She has presented at conferences on impact investment, sustainability, and real estate investments.

Adriana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international business from Berkeley College, NY and is a Master’s Degree candidate of Sustainability at Harvard Extension School. She also holds a Graduate-level Certificate from Harvard University, Extension School in Sustainable Cities and Communities (CeDiD#: 2481-ZPOP-ANZ2). She volunteers as a sustainability and financial consultant for a not-for-profit organization working with companies in South America and is the founder and chairman of a not-for-profit corporation planning to build a net-zero sustainable community for adults with disabilities.
