GlassRatner a Proud Gold Sponsor of Annual Industry Conference

GlassRatner is proud to support the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law as a gold sponsor of the 2025 Fall Conference. Lisa Heard, Karen Matthews, Dennis Jasinski, and Tapan Patni will represent the firm at the conference, which takes place September 3-5, 2025, at the Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to its gold sponsorship, GlassRatner will be sponsoring the Speakers Dinner on Wednesday evening.

“Constructing Project Contracts: Off to the Races” will explore the evolving landscape of construction contracts. Beginning with a practicum on negotiating the ten most common contract provisions, the conference will offer insights into payment clauses, ancillary agreements, navigating project close-out, and much more, with content valuable for professionals across the industry. Division lunches will provide discussions and networking opportunities tailored to each specific area of construction law.

Attendees and their guests can also take part in several special events that explore the unique culture of Louisville. A guest and spouse rail-side breakfast at Churchill Downs on Thursday, September 4, will be followed by a guided tour of the Kentucky Derby Museum. Those who extend their stays on Friday and Saturday can explore the Kismet Thoroughbred Farm with a horseracing industry expert as well as enjoy tours and tastings at iconic bourbon distilleries.
