GlassRatner Adds Rob Shull and Launches Forensic & Litigation Support Practice in Canada

New Toronto-Based Practice to Join the GlassRatner’s Award-Winning North American Disputes Team

GlassRatner is excited to announce a major step in its North American growth strategy with the appointment of Rob Shull as Senior Managing Director to lead the expansion of our Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support & Expert Witness Services practice into Canada. Rob will be joined by two experienced team members, Praveen Perera and Michael Haddad, marking the beginning of a unified disputes and litigation support platform across Canada, the US, and Mexico with support from GlassRatner’s 200+ professionals.

Rob brings over 30 years of experience in litigation support, contract compliance, investigations, and damage and lost profit calculations. He has prepared numerous expert reports for matters heard in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has testified as an expert in commercial litigation, arbitration, and expropriation matters. Rob holds multiple professional designations, including Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Forensic Investigator (ACFI), and Certified in Financial Forensics (AICPA).

This expansion is a critical component of the firm’s long-term growth strategy. By establishing Litigation Support practice in Canada, we are creating powerful synergies with our established Canadian Restructuring & Turnaround practice. Together, these teams will provide clients with a continuum of solutions—combining forensic expertise with restructuring capabilities to address disputes, fraud investigations, insolvency matters, and distressed situations.
