GlassRatner Services - Operating Model

As a special situation management company we are often called in on short notice, or where there is a lack of information concerning the key assets. We work quickly to assess the current accounting, record keeping and property management activities, if required the management of the asset is taken over by GlassRatner and any and all property level employees are hired by us. If the property management activities are being well operated, we will leave the management company in place and assume an asset manager capacity.

The number of property level employees and the number of assets being managed fluctuates greatly depending on the situation at hand and the point in the life cycle of the matter.
